Bishop's Cellar has three full-time Sommeliers on staff to assist in designing your wine menu. The use of a Sommelier in creating your wine list helps ensure the wines you are offering and your food menu are complimentary.

Training sessions are also offered and will help your staff learn proper wine etiquette and service techniques, as well as useful information about the wines on your list.

Free Delivery! With a dedicated delivery van, we also offer FREE delivery (anywhere in Metro Halifax), 6 days a week. Is your restaurant outside of metro Halifax? Don't worry, we can courier your order and have it at your establishment the next day*.
