Bishop's Cellar has a full-time Sommelier on staff to assist in designing your wine menu. The use of a Sommelier in creating your wine list helps ensure the wines you are offering and your food menu compliment one another. Training sessions are also offered and are aimed at helping your staff learn proper wine etiquette and service techniques, as well as useful information about the wines on your list. With training, your staff may better inform your guests, and help guide them in their wine selection.
